Land planning, master planning, architectural design, existing conditions surveying, civil engineering, highest and best use studies services for the Jacksonville Logistics Airport and Cecil Commerce Center totaling 8,263 acres. The goal was to create a major multi-modal logistics hub at Cecil Airfield at the currently under-utilized former Naval Air Station. The master plan had to conform to existing infrastructure constraints and address considerable environmental development limitations that included a large scale conservation easement, wetland preservation and mitigation, as well as existing military use contaminated areas.
