Architecture and interior design services for a 125,000 SF industrial build-to-suit. The project includes approximately 24,000 SF of office space including collaborative hubs, quiet “library” zones and a 2-story Town Hall-style cafe for the enjoyment of both the office and warehouse staff. The adjacent community patio/fire pit serves as an extension of the Town Hall, and an alternate work environment for all.
